I have no clue about the planes, and frankly, every FSX plane has already been made for FS9. You just have to look hard enough to find it. Also, I dont really care about FSX FS9 planes, boats, helos. I just want to go backwards for scenery.1 instance to be exact.

MOCATS SNOW DOG TOURS is only for FSX. Therefore, I wonder if there is a way to reverse engineer it so that it would work in FS9.I have no reason to want FSX planes in FS9. 98% of my FS9 planes function just fine for me, and the textures are good enough for my laptop. The other 2% that are messed up, are in the Panels, and we all know how easy it is to swap out a panel. Use AIFP3 to search out and 'ensure' you have no FS9 flight plans in existence. Some of the WOAI packages install old FS9 flight plan formats even though they 'say' the package is FSX compatible. It appears they goofed in some cases by converting the FS9 planes but didn't convert the flight plans. So use AIFP3 to be absolutely sure because the existence of just one FS9 plan will halt all AI in FSX.

Or perhaps one came from some other source and your just not aware of it.If the AIFP3 Convert FS9 traffic files to FSX function finds any, it will convert them to FSX and offer to either delete or save the old ones. Be sure you start the search at the FSX folder level because some add-on scenery also include traffic files in their scenery folders so be aware they are not all necessarily under.world/scenery.

Let AIFP3 delete the FS9 originals unless you have good reason to keep them. The function is under the Bulk Traffic tab of AIFP3.Know that you can treat AI flight plans (trafficXXXX.bgl files) just like Add-on Scenery. So you can turn them on/off at will, just like you can scenery, Like I said above, some add-on scenery contain traffic files. This way you can troubleshoot different packages or 'sets' of packages. I have disabled the default traffic file and moved all of my WOAI traffic files into my own created scenery folder that I turn on and off at will, like when I want to test other AI packages. If you don't want to do it that way you can rename the file extension(s) from.bgl to.off to test some traffic files without others confusing the situation. In the first case just activate/deactivate the AI like you do any other scenery, in the latter case (renaming the file extension) you have to restart FSX.If you do either of those methods be aware that the WOAI package installer/uninstaller will no longer uninstall a package correctly because you have moved or renamed it.

And you create the possibility that another install will create a duplicate. So be aware of what the WOAI package installer actually does by default; It installs (or removes) the trafficXXX.bgl files into or out of.scenery/world/scenery folder and the AI aircraft into the simobjects/airplanes folder. If during the install of any given package it finds that an AI Aircraft it uses already exists, it does not install it again, at that point all it does regarding the aircraft is add the new airline livery to that same AI Aircraft.Hope this helps, regardsJJ.
